2013 Caterham Graduates Racing Club Enrolment

The Club's 2013 enrolment system is fully automated, courtesy of Jamie Ellwood at ID:UK, complete with an industry standard secure on-line payment - please have your credit card (or preferably debit card) to hand before enrolling.  If you have a problem with on-line payment, please contact Nick Frost, 07768 540 848, ceo@graduates.org.uk

Race numbers: Drivers who finished in the top ten of their Graduates championship last year and who are re-enrolling for the same class in 2013, will automatically be assigned a race number commensurate to their final 2012 championship position. Everyone else has a free choice from available numbers - note that the enrolment system will automatically assign you the next available number, unless you specifically select an alternative number, just below the "Race History" box on the next page.

Social Member	£10.00
Racing Member (Before 1st Jan 2013)	£100.00
Racing Member (After 31st Dec 2012)	£150.00
Entry to Additional Class	£20.00 per class

Refund Policy

Refunds:  Under normal circumstances, The Club's policy is not to offer refunds of subscription fees.  However, if you think you have enrolled in error, please contact the club in writing within 7 days of enrolment (address opposite ) and we will be pleased to consider your request.  After 7 days, refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases.

Membership Acceptance Policy The Caterham Graduates Racing Club reserves the right, in exceptional circumstances, to refuse any application to enrol or re-enrol as a member. Completion of the on-line enrolment pages and payment of the appropriate fee only grants the applicant "provisional" membership status. The applicant will automatically gain full membership rights and status after an interval of two weeks, unless the application is declined. If a membership application is declined, the applicant will, during the two week period, be informed by e-mail to the address given, and be sent a refund to the card account which was used for payment.
